Bligh Tanner is an engineering consultancy with an enviable track record with sustainable development, integrated water management and water sensitive urban storm water design.

Bligh Tanner complements Psi-Delta by providing engineering, design and analysis skills and experience to match our commercial background. The firms have worked together on many difficult projects, and have produced innovative, practical results.

David Hamlyn-Harris

David Hamlyn-Harris is an experienced engineer with a particular interest in sustainability issues and the financial evaluation of irrigation projects.  He has done this work with Psi-Delta in his previous employment with GHD and with Bligh Tanner where he is a partner.  Projects have included the SEQRWP, the Lockyer Water savings and demand study, Ipswich recycled scheme, Bundaberg recycled scheme, the Southbank scheme and the Pimpama-Coomera master plan.

AgriDNA is an agricultural business specialist, focusing on the financial and commercial development of irrigation enterprises.

AgriDNA complements Psi-Delta by providing specialist knowledge of commercial development in the agricultural sector and a connection between the financial and agricultural industries.

 

Martin Sammon

Martin is the Principal of AgriDNA and is specialised in investing in agriculture and advising in regional businesses and development.  He has been responsible for establishing three successful large vineyard projects in Nangiloc, Victoria, analysed billions of dollars of retail agricultural investment projects, and established a business development unit for Australia’s largest privatised irrigation water supply company.

Economic Research Consultants Economic Research Consultants are a consulting firm specialising in economic modelling, particularly relating to regional and irrigation related economies.

Economic Research Consultants provide Psi-Delta with the capability to undertake in depth economic analysis and modelling.

Barry Burgan

Barry Burgan is the director of Economic Research Consultants has wide-ranging consulting experience in the area of application of economic policy, including in the matter of cost/benefit analysis and economic modelling (trained and experienced in the use of both CGE and I/O models) and in regional development. He also has been involved in regional development projects throughout Australia.

Eco-Energy Options Eco-Energy Options are a consulting firm specialising in environmental management and training including environmental technology, air pollution, EIA, LCA and sustainable energy. Specialities include biomass, woodsmoke, composting toilets, energy audits, carbon footprint.

Eco-Energy Options complement Psi-Delta’s experience in the water industry with similar experience in energy and carbon.

John Todd

John Todd is the director of Eco-Energy Options Pty Ltd, a consulting business providing services in the environmental management and environmental technology fields. His broad experience includes pollution control from dispersed sources (air and water), renewable energy, energy conservation, waste management, on-site sewage treatment, environmental impact assessment, life cycle assessment, ISO14000, and wilderness technology applications.
